Interests

Buyer's Interest (revealing what features the buyer is interested and what they prioritize) is one of the powerful insights that can come from interactive demos.

Sellers can use this insight to send more relevant follow-ups and devote the right amount of resources to the deal. Marketers can use these interest trends to identify patterns in customer behavior and filter to prioritize deals that show the most promise. Product teams can use interest trends to monitor traction on new releases and feature area adoption.

Getting Started with Interests

Interests are created and managed at the workspace level. Interests are used to categorize and monitor workspace assets associated with product features, functionality, persona, or use case.

1. Create Interests

New Interests are created and managed from the Interests menu in Settings --> Interests. Alternatively, Interest can be created and managed from the Manage Interests slide-out drawer when working within the Flow menu or Flow Builder.

2. Add Interests to Flows

Interests can be applied at the individual flow level. Multiple flows can have the same Interest.

Once the associated Interest has been created, choose the Interest from the dropdown list on the Flow menu or from the navigation menu inside of the Flow Builder.

Interest Area Demos

Not every interactive demo visitor is the same! Interest Area demos give your demo visitors the ability to pick and choose which areas are most relevant to them.

With an Interest Area Demo, a visitor can pick one or more area they would like to explore in more detail. These selection(s) are then logged to the visitor's session for future insight.

1. Add a Form Step

Once you have created relevant Interests for the Product Demo, you are ready to create an Interest Area form step. From the form builder, choose the Interest Areas default property and move that into the form body.

2. Confirm Interest Conditions

Once an Interest Area form has been set up and saved, the form will automatically add a "Run interest conditions" action when submitted. An Interest conditions block will appear under the form showing the relationship between each of the Interests in the form and the matching flow and checklist task.
