The ZoomInfo integration lets you send demo engagement data from Navattic to ZoomInfo so you can enrich your prospect and account records with visitor activity. Once connected, you can use Playbooks to:
  • Send visitor info to ZoomInfo — Sync individual visitor engagement data to ZoomInfo contact records
  • Send account info to ZoomInfo — Sync company-level engagement data to ZoomInfo account records

Setting up the ZoomInfo integration

1

Get your ZoomInfo API key

Log in to your ZoomInfo account and locate your API key. You can typically find this under your account settings or developer portal.
2

Connect ZoomInfo in Navattic

In Navattic, navigate to Settings > Integrations and select ZoomInfo. Click Connect and enter your ZoomInfo API key in the field provided. Click Connect to save.
Your API key is required to authenticate the connection. If you don’t have one, contact your ZoomInfo account administrator.
3

Create a Playbook

With ZoomInfo connected, go to Playbooks to define when and how Navattic sends data to ZoomInfo. There are two ZoomInfo actions available:
  • Send visitor info to ZoomInfo — Triggers on visitor-level engagement and sends the visitor’s data to ZoomInfo
  • Send account info to ZoomInfo — Triggers on account-level engagement and sends the account’s data to ZoomInfo
Choose the action that matches what you want to track, set your audience criteria, and save the Playbook.
4

Run a test

After saving your Playbook, click the three-dot menu next to the Save button and select Test run to verify that data flows correctly to ZoomInfo.

What data is synced

The specific fields sent to ZoomInfo depend on the visitor and account data Navattic has captured. To get the most out of the integration, make sure you are identifying visitors in your demos so Navattic has contact information to sync.
ZoomInfo does not use field mappings. Data is sent using ZoomInfo’s standard input format. If you need control over which fields are synced, use the Webhook integration for a fully custom payload.

Disconnecting ZoomInfo

To remove the ZoomInfo integration, navigate to Settings > Integrations > ZoomInfo and click Disconnect. Any Playbooks using ZoomInfo actions will stop sending data once the integration is disconnected.
