Ask Navattic is an AI assistant embedded in the Navattic dashboard. Use it to query your workspace data — demo performance, visitor engagement, accounts, and referrer sources — without leaving the app. You can also ask product how-to questions, and Ask Navattic will cite the relevant documentation.

Accessing Ask Navattic

Click the Ask button in the top navigation bar to open the Ask Navattic sidebar. Type your question and press Enter or click Send.
Ask Navattic is available on workspaces with Copilot enabled. Contact your account manager if you don’t see the Ask button.

What you can ask

Ask Navattic can answer two types of questions: Workspace data questions — questions about your demos and engagement metrics, such as:
  • “How many visitors viewed my product tour last month?”
  • “Which demos have the highest completion rate?”
  • “Show me accounts that engaged with the onboarding demo this week.”
  • “What are the top referrer sources for my demos?”
Product how-to questions — questions about Navattic features and capabilities, such as:
  • “How do I add a CTA button to a tooltip?”
  • “What’s the difference between a web capture and a media capture?”
  • “How do I set up a personalized demo?”
For how-to questions, Ask Navattic searches the documentation and includes links to the relevant pages in its response.

How it works

Ask Navattic connects to your workspace using the same MCP tools that power Navattic’s external AI integrations. It reads analytics, demo browsing data, and personalization settings scoped to your workspace — it cannot access data from other workspaces. Each conversation is maintained for the session. You can continue asking follow-up questions and Ask Navattic will reference the context from earlier in the conversation.

Contacting support

If Ask Navattic cannot answer your question, or if you’d prefer to speak with a person, ask to connect with the support team — for example, “Can I talk to someone?” or “I need help from a human.” Ask Navattic will show a support card you can use to open a request with the Navattic team.

FAQs

No. Ask Navattic has read-only access to your workspace data. It can retrieve analytics, browse demos, and read personalization settings, but it cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your workspace.
Ask Navattic can access analytics, demo browsing data, and personalization data for your workspace. It does not have access to billing, team member details, or administrative settings.
Ask Navattic maintains context within the current session. Previous sessions are accessible through the chat history, but each new session starts fresh.
