The Visitors, Accounts, and Sharing Activity pages are visible to workspace admins and team managers. Standard Launchpad Reps cannot access these pages. To grant a rep access, designate them as a team manager.
- Visitors — every person who opened a demo shared by your team
- Accounts — a company-level view of which organizations your team is engaging
- Sharing activity — rep-by-rep and demo-by-demo breakdowns of sharing volume and engagement
Visitors
The Visitors page lists every person who has opened a Launchpad demo link, attributed to the share link that brought them in. Use the Search bar to find a visitor by name, company, or link. Click Filter to narrow results by company, team, source, rep, or status. Adjust the date range picker (default: last 30 days) to set the time period you want to review. Click any row to open a Visitor drawer with full engagement details, including which demos they viewed, time spent, and steps completed. From the visitor drawer, you can also:- Click the company name to open an Account drawer
- Click the rep name to open a Rep drawer
Accounts
The Accounts page groups visitors by company domain, giving you an account-level view of which organizations your team is engaging. Filter by team or rep to focus on specific segments. Adjust the date range to match your reporting period. Default columns include Account, Rep, Visitors, CRM, Interests, Total time, and Last seen. Click Customize Columns to add fields such as Industry, Employees, Revenue, Founded, and Location. Click any account row to open the Account drawer with detailed engagement information. Use Export to download account data.Sharing activity
The Sharing activity page shows how individual reps and individual demos are performing. Use the Reps and Demos tabs to switch between views.Reps tab
See each rep’s sharing volume, views generated, and stakeholders discovered. Filter by team, or toggle on Identified only to focus on prospects whose identity was captured. A leaderboard highlights top-performing reps.A good benchmark for sharing volume is 50—60 links per rep per month for development teams, and 10—30 links per month for closing teams.
Demos tab
See which demos are being shared most frequently and how they’re performing. Filter by demo board or toggle on Identified only. A leaderboard highlights the highest-performing demos. Use Export all activity to download sharing data from either tab.If you previously used the Rep Activity or Demo Activity pages, those links now redirect to Sharing activity. The same information is available under the Reps and Demos tabs.
