# Dashboard

> Track conversations, outcomes, signals, and top accounts across your Navattic Agents.

The **Dashboard** shows how your Navattic Agents perform over a date range. Use it to see how many visitors talk to your agents, how many reach an outcome, and what they ask about.

Navigate to **Agents** > **Dashboard** to open it.

## Filter the dashboard

Two filters at the top of the page apply to every card:

* **Agent**: Choose one or more Navattic Agents. The filter shows **All** when no agent is selected.
* **Date range**: Pick a custom range or a relative range such as the last 30 days. The dashboard opens on the last 30 days.

If no conversations fall in the range you pick, the stat tiles stay visible and the cards below them are replaced with a "No conversations in this range" message. If your agents have no conversations yet, the page shows "No conversations yet" and a **Share agent** button.

## Stat tiles

The row of tiles at the top summarizes the selected range. Hover over a tile for the exact counts and the comparison behind its trend.

| Tile | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Total conversations** | Completed conversations in the range. The hover text also shows how many had at least 2 visitor messages. |
| **Average duration** | Average length of an engaged conversation, meaning one with at least 2 visitor messages. |
| **Time saved** | Total length of engaged conversations, which is time the agent spent with visitors instead of a person. |
| **Outcomes reached** | Conversations in which the agent reached an [outcome](https://docs.navattic.com/agents/build/conversation.md#outcomes), with the percentage of all conversations. |

Each tile shows a percentage trend. For ranges of 31 days or less, it compares the range with the previous period of the same length. For longer ranges, it compares the latest full month with the month before it.

If you have not set up any outcomes, **Outcomes reached** shows "No outcomes configured".

## Visitor funnel and outcomes

The **Visitor funnel** shows how visitors move through your agents:

1. **Visitors**: Unique visitors who had a conversation.
2. **Engaged visitors**: Visitors with at least 2 visitor messages in a conversation, with the percentage of all visitors.
3. **Outcomes reached**: Outcomes reached, with the percentage of visitors and of engaged visitors.

Hover over a step to see these percentages. The **Outcomes reached** step appears only when you have set up outcomes.

The **Outcomes** card lists each outcome by name with the number of conversations that reached it. Hover over a row to see its share of engaged conversations and of all outcomes. If you have no outcomes, click **Set up outcomes** to open the agent and add one.

## Outcome rate by flow

The **Outcome rate by flow** card shows which flows lead to outcomes. Each bar is the percentage of conversations that reached an outcome, out of the conversations where the flow was on screen at least once.

Hover over a bar to see the number of conversations and outcomes reached for that flow. The card ranks flows by conversation count and shows the 10 most shown. When you have more flows, a note at the bottom of the card gives the total. The card is hidden when you have no outcomes.

## Conversations by month

The **Conversations by month** chart shows total conversations, engaged conversations, and outcomes reached for each month in the range. The outcomes series is hidden when you have no outcomes.

## Signals

When you have [signals](https://docs.navattic.com/agents/analyze/signals.md) set up, two cards show what visitors bring up:

* **Signals over time**: A line chart with one line per signal, named in the legend below the chart. It plots weekly detections for the five most-detected signals.
* **Signals by count**: A ranked bar chart of the number of conversations where each signal was detected. It shows the 10 most-detected signals. Hover over a bar to see the monthly counts.

If no signals were detected in the range, the cards show "No signals detected in this range". If you have not set up any signals, the dashboard prompts you to add one.

## Top accounts

The **Top accounts** card lists up to six companies, ranked by outcomes reached and then by conversations. For each account it shows visitors, conversations, outcomes, and the date of the last conversation.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Top accounts needs [Account Based Engagement](https://docs.navattic.com/tracking/identify/accounts.md) to be enabled in your workspace. Without it, the dashboard shows an Account Based Engagement card in its place. To see every account, go to [Accounts](https://docs.navattic.com/agents/analyze/leads.md#accounts).

## Peak hours, talk time, and conversations per day

Three charts at the bottom of the page cover when and how visitors use your agents:

* **Peak hours**: Conversations by hour of the day, stacked by agent.
* **Talk time comparison**: Daily talk time for visitors and for the agent, in minutes.
* **Conversations per day**: Daily conversation counts, stacked by agent.
